This video talks about positive psychology, potential and productivity.  The presenter speaks very quickly and the key ideas are wrapped in humor.  This is a perfect video to practice active listening.  Many times our instructors speak quickly in class and it is hard to stay with them. Can you pull the important takeaways from the fun?  Pull up the transcript to help – you can read as he speaks or include the subtitles as he speaks. There will be some items that sounds familiar – repetition of positive items, journaling, focus, praising others in our support networks.  This video is supplemental, which means it is additional material that could prove to be helpful.  It is an extra piece of material, this isn’t for a grade and there is no specific assignment attached to it but you may very well get something out of the experience.
