you are starting Chapter 15 material.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">When we have a high skill level and find a subject lacking a challenge we are often bored.\u00a0 One the opposite end of this, if we feel we have a low skill level and find course material as challenging we feel anxious.\u00a0 We can't always control this balance when we are in school or at work.\u00a0 So if we can find flow in our life elsewhere it can be very soothing.\u00a0 Finding something we enjoy that gives a little bit of a challenge to keep feeding our growth mindset it can have a ripple
