In the next session, we will take a look at what motivates us and the idea of inner motivation.\u00a0 That this idea of working our way through any obstacle that arises whether large or small and pushing ourselves to find what we really want.\u00a0 Sometimes we aren't sure about the answer to this question.\u00a0 And that is okay, setting a goal to figure this out is a great idea.\u00a0 Motivation from within allows us to see that the experience in and of itself is a reward, that we don't need someone else to pat us on the back or give us a sticker.\u00a0 We know all to well in the adult world this may not happen and perhaps we have to persist when no one else is around or even worse when others are trying to keep us from reaching our goals and dreams.<\/span>\r\n<\/span>\r\n\r\n2.\u00a0 We will also discuss the different roles we have in life and how our wants and needs in these areas may be similar but also perhaps very different.\u00a0 A role, is any area we spend a large chunk of time or energy.\u00a0 Some example roles: employee, student, friend, spouse\/significant other, parent, caregiver, volunteer, etc. Both of these topics will be covered in our next discussion board.<\/span><\/span>\r\n\r\nClick the next button below to begin the next module.","rendered":"
