At this point we have reviewed a few academic skills with a focus on note taking and getting organized. It is time to put some of these strategies into action.<\/span><\/p>\r\nPart 1<\/strong>:<\/strong> How are good note taking skills connected to a student\u2019s success?\u00a0 <\/span>How were you able to demonstrate active listening in a class in which you took notes?\u00a0 What strategies\/techniques about note-taking discussed in this class, the video and the Lumen text were you able to apply to note-taking in class?\u00a0 What are some you would like to try?\r\n\r\nPart 2:\u00a0 <\/strong>What organizational strategies have you committed to doing? How can being organized benefit your success?<\/span>\r\n\r\nResponses can be typed in Microsoft Word and then pasted into the IvyLearn discussion board, or simply type it in the Discussion Board.\u00a0 \u00a0Click \"reply\"\u00a0to start your own entry\/post in the discussion board, then click \"post\" to submit the response. \u00a0This is due by Wednesday at <\/i>midnight<\/i>.
