In this discussion forum, you will find an advertisement of any sort\u2014a video, print, or radio ad\u2014and complete a critical analysis.\r\n<h2>Discussion Instructions<\/h2>\r\n<strong>STEP 1<\/strong>: Post a link to the advertisement you\u2019ve selected. Analyze its effectiveness by first answering the following questions:\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>What is the purpose of the ad?<\/li>\r\n \t<li>What is the argument of the ad?<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Who is the \u201cauthor\u201d of the ad?<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Who is the intended audience for the ad?<\/li>\r\n \t<li>What is the tone of the ad?<\/li>\r\n \t<li>What is the style and tone of the ad?<\/li>\r\n \t<li>What kind of supporting appeals, evidence, or examples does this ad use or rely on?<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p data-start=\"2275\" data-end=\"2336\"><strong data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2334\">STEP 2: <\/strong>In a well-developed paragraph (5\u20137 sentences), explain whether you believe the ad is <strong data-start=\"2422\" data-end=\"2450\">effective or ineffective<\/strong> in achieving its purpose, based on your analysis above.
