Because reading is both hard to do well and crucial for success in college, you’ll need to work out some strategies to get the most out of the reading assignments. Active reading is one of the keys to working dynamically with college-level texts. Reading in college shouldn’t be a passive activity, but rather an ongoing conversation between you and the text.
