A change in senior leadership, ownership, or other large non-product- or service-oriented announcement, might be best made over social media. In doing company business like this, organizations \u201ccross a divide\u201d between external and internal customers and integrate everyone into an audience interested in the customer experience.\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/danielnewman\/2016\/07\/19\/organizational-success-starts-with-an-integrated-customer-experience-model\/#654a8e7375a7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daniel Newman's article \"Organizational Success Starts with an Integrated Customer Experience\"<\/a> for <em>Forbes<\/em>, describes this as an \u201cIntegrated Customer Service Model.\u201d In this model, customers themselves drive company interaction, and in so doing, they integrate into company business.
