In this module, you will study tests for qualitative or categorical data. In particular, you may want to determine whether the distribution of data is as expected, if two variables are independent, and if two population distributions are the same. In this section, we’ll review how data is represented graphically using pie charts and bar charts, and how two-way tables are used to represent data characterized by two attributes.
