What you’ll learn to do: Create a scatterplot and describe the strength, direction and form of the variables
Is there a relationship between the number of fans at a baseball game and the amount of money collected for concession sales? If we had data on these two variables and plotted each pair of variables, we would have a scatterplot. Scatterplots visually show the relationship (or lack of a relationship) between two quantitative variables.
