Identify everything you have to accomplish for your school work this week. Each task should be broken down into 5-, 10-, 15-, or 20- minute intervals of work. Once you have outlined your tasks, you should indicate WHEN you will accomplish them. You should make a list of tasks by day. If you prefer, you may also give the actual times you hope to get the tasks finished (e.g., Monday at 10:00 a.m. read sociology pages 15-30).
