Then they can tally the total number of seasons that includes the number of\u00a0clouds. Here is a quick check\u2014the frequency or count should add up to 13, the total\u00a0number of seasons included.\r\n\r\nIn particular, the boundaries of the bin (e.g., which bin does a boundary value belong)\u00a0are often a source of confusion.
