Differences/Types of Stress

Hopefully as a college student, you are aware of the amount of stress that surrounds/bombards you on a daily basis. Stress can be perceived as good, bad or indifferent and what I may perceive as an indifferent stress may be be a bad stress for you.

Eustress-  good stress. something that makes us happy, brings a smile to us, improves our feeling, our spirit is lifted.
