It's a lifelong process in which we become aware of, interested in, knowledgeable about, and skilled in a career. Each stage correlates with attitudes, behaviors, and relationships we all\u00a0tend to have at that point\u00a0and age. You may try out jobs in your community or at your school. You may begin to explore a specific career. You may be in an upward pattern of learning new stills and staying engaged. But you might also\u00a0be merely \u201ccoasting and cruising\u201d or even \u00a0feeling stagnant.
