For our class, you can use the template consent form. Go to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.research.olemiss.edu\/irb-forms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IRB forms page<\/a>, click Class Project Forms, and download <a href=\"http:\/\/www.research.olemiss.edu\/sites\/default\/files\/ClassSampleConsent_0.doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sample Consent Form<\/a>.
