While those barriers can sometimes provide comfort, they can also block us from deeper understanding and appreciation.\r\n\r\nHere are some common roadblocks to analysis and some strategies for overcoming them.\r\n\r\n<strong>Barrier 1: \u00a0Analysis might challenge my worldview.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nAnalyzing something deeply can\u00a0 sometimes change how we think about it. Try to go into analysis with an open mind. Aim to understand rather than prove something\u00a0 right or wrong.\r\n\r\n<strong>Barrier 2: \u00a0Analysis takes the fun out of things.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nAnalyzing can make us see flaws we did not notice before, which might lessen our\u00a0 enjoyment.
