As illustrated throughout this chapter, the Theory of Reasoned Action and the Theory of Planned Behavior play major roles in the overall Integrated Model of Behavior Change. It should also be noted that the research conducted to draw conclusions must be thought out clearly, with the ability to convert the written data into numerical values, and that will allow health professionals to influence behavior change among different populations.
