Upon request, your Lumen team will provide you with a \"Thin Common\u00a0Cartridge\" (ThinCC)\u00a0that will make it easy to\u00a0link your Candela course to Canvas. \u00a0Email support@lumenlearning.com<\/a>\u00a0with the URL for your Candela course to get the ThinCC.<\/div>\r\n

The ThinCC will be a zip file. When receive it, you do not need to unzip it.<\/div>\r\n

Import Your Lumen Course into Canvas<\/h2>\r\n
    \r\n\t
  1. In your Canvas course, go to Settings\/Import.<\/li>\r\n\t
  2. Select Common Cartridge 1.x package.<\/li>\r\n\t
  3. Choose file and select the ThinCC file you received from Lumen\u00a0(don't unzip).<\/li>\r\n\t
  4. Skip test bank pulldown, and select \"all content.\" \u00a0No need to select anything else.<\/li>\r\n\t
  5. Import.<\/li>\r\n\t
  6. The import will run, and then fail with 1 issue that is expected.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Clear the Extra\u00a0External App Configuration<\/h2>\r\n
      \r\n\t
    1. Navigate to Settings\/ Apps.<\/li>\r\n\t
    2. View App Configurations.<\/li>\r\n\t
    3. Delete candela External App\u00a0(should be the only one with the trash can option).<\/li>\r\n\t
    4. Confirm delete.<\/li>\r\n\t
    5. At this point, you should be able to view all book pages in \"Modules\" section of your course.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\"CanvasLTIDeleteCourseExternalApp\"<\/a>","rendered":"
