Make sure\u00a0that\u00a0your resume relates to the job at hand and fulfills the needs of the audience as much as possible.\r\n\r\nResumes are both paper and electronic.\u00a0 It's important to have searchable terms in your resume, because it's very likely that it will be scanned, especially if you are applying for a job at a large corporation.\r\n<h3>Resume Writing Tips<\/h3>\r\n<div id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1543782102699_266\" class=\"box generalbox center clearfix\">\r\n<div id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1543782102699_265\" class=\"no-overflow\">\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Identify your job title first when providing information about your work experience. Time and again, writers list their employer's or company's name first, yet the focus should be on their <em>function<\/em> within the company, as that's what the reader will want to know.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Break\u00a0information into small pieces that can be read and easily retained. Avoid big blocks of type.
