When was the information published?<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>R<\/strong>: Relevance. How relevant to your goals is the information?<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>A<\/strong>: Authority. How well does the author of the information know the information?<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>A<\/strong>: Accuracy. How reliable is the information?<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>P<\/strong>: Purpose.
