Specifically address the following questions.\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Any positives or negatives?<\/li>\r\n\t<li>What results, if any, are you seeing in your fitness activities?<\/li>\r\n\t<li>How have you used the principle of progressive overload up to this<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0point?<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">Has your resting heart rate changed? And what does it mean?<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">Have you had to make any modifications in frequency, intensity, type or time (FITT)?
