level.\u00a0\u00a0You will re-take the fitness pre-test to determine your fitness level.\n<h3><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div>\n<ul><li>Go to the <a href=\"www.adultfitnesstest.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">President's Challenge Website<\/a>\u00a0to take the test.\n<ul><li>For the Aerobic test, you must select the same test (1 mile test or the 1.5 mile run test) you used in Unit Two<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n\t<li>Submit your test results in the course.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Grading<\/strong><\/h3>\nThe assignment is worth 5 points maximum.\n\nGrading will be based on
