This collection of OER resources was created to support the Foundations of Education course taught at the College of Western Idaho and the College of Southern Idaho. It is a survey course designed to introduce students to the world of teaching.

CWI Course Description: This course introduces social, philosophical, and historical perspectives in education.  Students will examine the teaching field, current trends, and teaching as a profession. (This class includes Portfolio Entry: Autobiographical Essay.  The class addresses Idaho Core Teacher 6 and 9.) RECOMMENDED COREQ: EDUC 202.
