TUITION NOTES<\/h3>\r\nNew York State residents must have a\u00a0Certificate of Residence<\/u><\/a>\u00a0on file in order to receive the resident tuition rate.\r\n\r\nHigh School students may take dual-enrollment classes at participating high schools for $66 per credit hour for residents and $132 for non-residents. The discounted rates only apply to part-time students (students enrolled in less than 12 credit hours).\r\n\r\nPart-time students may take off-peak classes for $132 per credit hour for residents and $264 for non-residents.\r\n

FEES NOTES<\/h3>\r\n1\u00a0<\/span><\/sup>Summer session student life fee is $3 per credit hour plus a $3 photo ID fee.<\/span>\r\n\r\n2<\/span><\/sup>\u00a0\u201cMatriculated\u201d means that you\u2019re pursuing a degree at MCC.<\/span>\r\n\r\n3<\/span><\/sup>\u00a0All International students holding non-immigrant visas (includes repatriation and emergency evacuation coverage) and all students without coverage in clinical courses related to Clinical Lab Technician, Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, Nursing, Radiologic Technology and Surgical Technology programs.<\/span>\r\n\r\n4<\/sup>\u00a0Laboratory\/service fees vary by course.\r\n\r\n5<\/sup>\u00a0Capital Revenue Fee is charged to all non-New York State residents.\r\n\r\n6<\/sup>\u00a0The Transportation Fee supports expenses related to full-service transportation including vehicle registration (on-campus parking), bike share, and access to bus services provided by the Regional Transit Service (RTS) with valid MCC ID, as well as maintenance and security of campus roadways, walkways, and parking lots.\r\n\r\nThe fee for Credit-by-Examination is equal to the cost of one credit hour.\r\n\r\nThe student life fee includes $1 for a photo ID (all students), $4 orientation fee for students registering for 9 or more credit hours and $1 orientation fee for students registering for 5 to 8 credit hours.\r\n\r\nAdditional insurance fees may be required by some programs.\r\n\r\nMonroe Community College reserves the right to make changes to tuition, fees and residence hall charges.\r\n
