Interviews are formal conversations where an individual is asked questions by a potential employer. Interviews are conducted face to face, over the phone or via video. Interview questions focus on the job candidate’s background, skills, career objectives, interests and attitude. It is also customary for the candidate to ask questions about the job and the company.
