Assessment:<\/h1>\r\nWrite a Problem Analysis Report.\r\n

Use the format provided in the Problem Analysis Overview<\/a>\u00a0as your guide for developing your own\u00a0Problem Analysis Report. \u00a0To see a completed example, review the Sample Problem Analysis Report for Teldon Facilities<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Note that this Report needs to address a practical problem, one which you can personally influence changing. It should be a problem in the your workforce, neighborhood, organization, etc. Or you could have chosen to make up a problem from scenario you created.<\/p>\r\n

Regardless, make sure your problem is narrow enough that you can collect first hand data, by conducting interviews, review records, conducting onsite investigations, etc. I should have already approved you problem. If you have not approved your problem, please e-mail me your problem before you begin the Problem Analysis Report.<\/p>\r\nNote: The Problem Analysis will be a separate grade;\u00a0also, it will be part of your Feasibility Report.\r\n\r\nSince it is part of your Feasibility Report, I need to know that you have a problem that can\u00a0be researched, that it is written in the correct format, and that it has practical recommendations.\r\n\r\n \r\n
