WHAT WOULD YOU SUGGEST?
Jack has his first exams coming up soon. He has kept up with his work in these courses throughout the semester, done all of the required reading, and is confident that he knows all the material pretty well. The idea of taking exams worries Jack a lot. He dreads having to take them. In high school he would get very nervous and anxious when having to take exams, so much so that he his mind would go blank and he would not be able to recall all that he had learned in his courses. The grades he earned were not a true reflection of what he had learned and his understanding of the course concepts. Jack fears that his grades in college will suffer just as they did in high school.
What would you suggest Jack do? What resources on campus would you recommend that he utilize?
