The best way to create an eye-catching r\u00e9sum\u00e9 is not through gimmicks or flash, but through substance and customization.\r\n<h2>FORMATS: CHRONOLOGICAL, SKILLS, AND HYBRID R\u00c9SUM\u00c9S<\/h2>\r\nWork histories come in a variety of forms; so do r\u00e9sum\u00e9s. Although career experts enjoy debating which style is the best, ultimately you must consider which format fits your current situation.
