Assign two students as interviewers and one student as the job candidate.\r\n\r\n<strong>Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0Have students review the each of the common question types. The interviewers will ask a question from ONE of the common question types:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Get to know you<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Determine your level of Interest<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The future<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Situational<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Behavioral<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Step 3:<\/strong> The interviewee will have less than two minutes to answer each question.\r\n\r\n<strong>Step 4:<\/strong> The individuals in the group will then switch roles. The interviewers will ask the new candidate ONE question from a different category. Choose a different category from the first round.\r\n\r\n<strong>Step 5:<\/strong> The interviewee will have less than two minutes to answer each question.\r\n\r\n<strong>Step 6:\u00a0<\/strong>Take a few minutes to reflect on the experience with your partners.\r\n\r\n<strong>Step 6: <\/strong>Write a reflection\u00a0least 200 words describing the interview experience from your perspective.
