PowerPoint also uses a tool to include animations on objects within slides. Take for an example, a slide with list in it where you would like each of the bullet points to appear one at a time and in a different way. How do you make this happen? Animation.\r\n<h2>PowerPoint Animation<\/h2>\r\nIn PowerPoint stock animations can be used or modified to fit a custom timeframe or pathway. For the most part, stock animations are used in presentations, but if you have time and inclination you can create your own custom animations.\r\n\r\nReturning to the Q3 Sales Campaign presentation, it contains a list slide that could benefit from animation. Here are some of the ways to add animation into a presentation.\r\n<h2>Adding Animations<\/h2>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Open a PowerPoint presentation and select the slide where the animation will be added.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Highlight the first section you wish to animate. Notice that the speed of the animations runs quick. You might need more time between effects to speak in your presentation.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>To change the speed and duration, select a section, and navigate to the <strong>Timing<\/strong> group in the ribbon. This is a visual way for you to easily recognize what has animation already attached to it. Be sure to run through the <strong>Preview<\/strong> as many times as necessary to get the animations and timing correct for that slide before moving to the next slide.
