As we discussed in the text, making statements that are \u201cegregiously offensive or knowingly and maliciously false,\u201d or \u201cpublicly disparaging your employer\u2019s products or services without relating your complaints to any labor controversy\u201d is not protected concerted activity.\r\n\r\nYour assignment is to write one or two social media posts about your \u201cjob\u201d that could get you fired.\u00a0<strong>Don\u2019t post them on your real social media account!<\/strong>\u00a0Just share them in this discussion thread. The posts should get you \u201cfired\u201d for different reasons. They should all be safe for classroom discussion (no obscenities, lewd remarks, etc.).
