The management of Informational Systems has decided to form a group to organize the next annual meeting where each department will review past performance and set goals and objectives for the coming year. During the meeting, the information from each department will be shared with the company as a whole, and organizing group will monitor progress throughout the year and report results to management on a quarterly basis.
