Scenario

As a follow-up to your briefing on decision-making for his team, Tom has asked you to facilitate a group discussion of how to improve decision making at Sun City Boards. To kick off the discussion, he has asked you to conduct additional research on what works in terms of improving decision making on an individual and/or group level and be prepared to share examples and visuals to stimulate conversation.
