Scenario<\/h3>\r\nAfter meeting with Tom, you have coached Tom to a realization of his original vision and mission for Sun City Boards: \u201cTo set people free from the earth . . . free to ride the waves.\u201d As you learned in this module, there are three foundational statements: Mission, Vision and Values. Tom\u2019s original vision serves as a great starting point for a values statement.\r\n
