Audiences around the world know when they are listening to a gifted public speaker. They know what connects with them and makes them want to hear more. Audiences are a gauge for how well the speaker is doing. If the speaker is boring, you can tell. You know by the quiet murmurings and facial expressions. Conversely, if a speaker is dynamic, you can tell by their attention and in their faces. The question is, how do you present yourself as dynamic?
This module is all about the audience. You will learn how audiences play a part in speaking. You will garner tools on how to analyze an audience. You will get to focus on how to speak to diverse audiences as well as how to adapt your speech to a defined audience.
