At the outset of this course, we mentioned all the ways that public speaking can improve your career opportunities and job performance. This module is where we discuss the specifics of how that might happen. Few jobs exist that don’t require any public speaking abilities. Whether you’re talking with customers, discussing scenarios with clients, strategizing with your team, teaching children or adults, or interviewing for a job, the outcome of the communication scenario depends on your ability to organize your ideas, support your arguments, and make your case.
