A investigar, hablar y escribir: \u201cUN PA\u00cdS HISPANO PARLANTE\u201d<\/h3>\r\nAs you finish the semester and have learned various vocabulary and grammatical structures, you are ready now to put it all together in a final oral presentation and short essay following the steps (pasos<\/span>) below. This final project may be done in groups or individually depending on your instructor.\r\n

Primer paso:<\/h4>\r\nSelecciona un pa\u00eds de habla hispana del cual quieres saber y conocer mucho m\u00e1s.<\/span>\r\n

Segundo paso:<\/h4>\r\nUsa el mapa conceptual abajo para guiar los temas que vas a investigar.\u00a0 No tienes que investigar todos los temas, selecciona uno, dos o tres que quieras investigar <\/span>(you do not have to research all the topics, select one, two or three that you want to research).\r\n\r\nYou are finishing first semester Spanish, please keep it simple, at your level, DO NOT TRY TO TRANSLATE COMPLEX INFORMATION FROM A WEB SITE.\r\n

Tercer paso:<\/h4>\r\nImprime o copia el mapa conceptual en papel y toma apuntes simples, NO ORACIONES COMPLETAS NI P\u00c1RRAFOS, solo palabras y frases para estimular tu producci\u00f3n del habla coherente y espont\u00e1nea.<\/span> (Written notes on your conceptual map MUST BE SIMPLE, not complete sentences or paragraphs, just keywords and phrases that would trigger your brain to construct sentences in a coherent spontaneous speech.)\r\n

Cuarto paso:<\/h4>\r\nCrea <\/span>(create) diapositivas <\/span>(slides) en Power Point, m\u00e1ximo 5, la \u00faltima con referencias de investigaci\u00f3n <\/span>(last one with URLs of researched webpages). Incluye im\u00e1genes y algunas palabras solo para identificar las fotos <\/span>(some labels that identify the pictures). Quinto paso:<\/h4>\r\nUsa una herramienta digital de audio o video <\/span>(digital audio\/video tool) para grabar tu voz <\/span>(voice record) haciendo una descripci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds hispanoparlante escogido y explicar las fotos.
