Your mom or dad has fallen ill and needs you to help around the house more; but you’re schedule is already full with work and college.

You had a bad date; and you think your boyfriend/girlfriend wants to break up with you.

You just failed a mid-term exam for one of your courses.

You were cut from your sports team or club.

Your best friend has become difficult and you are having difficulty spending time with her.

You suddenly realize that you missed the payment on your credit card.

You just realized that you really don’t want to pursue the career that you thought you wanted.
