Our e-book discusses many types of diversity and how understanding it allows for a greater appreciation of one another’s opinions, values, and actions. We live in an increasingly diverse world, which makes learning about diversity important not only in the classroom, but also once you enter the workforce. Some of the different kinds of diversity include race, ethnicity, culture, and religion; politics; gender and sexual orientation; age or generation; personality types and learning styles; and extra-curricular activities.
