Even in the face of consistent ethnic, racial, and socio-economic gaps in health care and health status, knowledge of these disparities remain unknown to the general public. These challenges exist all throughout the entire United States no matter where it is. However, there are numerous feats that can be achieved within the public health arena. It is only by the involvement and contribution of these entities that promote the awareness of these health disparities by the evaluation of evidence-based interventions. Through the acceptance of the recommendations, these public health sectors advice that disparities for vulnerable populations will become reduced or ultimately eradicated.
