Proverb Presentation

Proverb presentations are a way for students to focus on specific areas of pronunciation and learn and utilize new vocabulary.

Directions for a Proverb Presentation:

  • Presentation should include 4 slides and take about 2 minutes to present.
    • Slide #1: Present the proverb.
    • Slide #2: Tell when and where you first heard the proverb and its origin (if you know or can do some research)
    • Slide #3: Explain the meaning of the proverb.
    • Slide #4: Give an example from your life.

Actions speak louder than words.

Blood is thicker than water.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
