If you forget your Lumen password to log into your course, you can click “Lost your password?” below the log in screen or submit a support ticket at support.lumenlearning.com.
If you select the “lost your password?” option, it will send you an email to reset your email yourself. Be sure to check your spam folder – emails from Pressbooks often end up there.
If you submit a support ticket through Lumen, please include
- your name
- your institution
- your work email address
- your Lumen user ID, if you know it
