What you’ll learn to do: Use email tools in Microsoft Outlook
Email is a method of exchanging asynchronous messages between people using the internet. Asynchronous means that the two users do not have to be online at the same time to send and receive messages. Email servers accept, forward, deliver, and store messages. Neither the users nor their computers are required to be online simultaneously; they need to connect, typically to a mail server or a webmail interface to send or receive messages or download it.
In this module, you’ll learn how to send and receive emails, as well as how to keep your emails organized, use the most common tools in Outlook, and avoid email-based security threats.
