As part of your ongoing advisory/coaching engagement with Sun City Board’s founder Tom Wilson, you are preparing for a discussion of team dynamics. Tom has asked you to send him a link with “food for thought” on the topic. You remember reading about Google’s Project Aristotle and decide to review and summarize the findings for Tom.
- As preparation for this discussion, research Google’s Project Aristotle, including the Team Effectiveness Guide customization tool.
- In your email to Tom, summarize the relevant lessons learned and include one guiding question for each of the five factors that impact team effectiveness.
