Assume that you will be participating in a leadership competition at work. You and 3 of your senior management colleagues will be randomly assigned 7 staff from across multiple offices. Teams will be sequestered at separate sites. Each team will have equal access to information and resources and will receive the same project assignment. The team that completes the task with the highest level of quality and cost efficiency will be awarded bonuses, 20 hours of paid professional training and development time and the opportunity to choose their next project.
