El pretérito: un repaso

 

You learned to use the preterite to talk about things that happened in the past. The preterite is used to talk about past actions that happened within a concrete block of time, actions that may be viewed as having a fixed beginning and end.

Linda ¿Qué hicisteis anoche?
Soledad Fuimos de tapas y luego vimos la nueva película de Almodóvar.
