There is a group of verbs ended in –er and –ir which doesn’t follow the pattern of the verbs you learned in previous lessons.
This pattern encompasses verbs such as hacer, poner, and salir. As you can see, these verbs only differ from regular –er and –ir verbs in the first person singular –yo form.
