Thus far, you have learned how to talk about actions in the present—some that are habitual and routine, others that are happening as you speak—as well as to discuss plans and actions in the future. In this lesson, you will learn how to talk about actions in the past. With this skill, you will be able to communicate a much wider range of topics. You will be able to tell people what you did last night, last summer, or last year.
Below you can hear two friends discuss what they did last weekend.
